Autoloader will wipe and install clean. You can start from scratch that way, if you don't wanna restore a backup.
    Very efficient.
I gravitated towards using the blitz because of the fact that it is for all phones, so for those less OS primed, such as myself, a blitz is the best way to go, coupled with how sweet sachesi works. Sometimes I just add the blitz without doing a wipe if I feel the previous OS I had on and apps and changes were minor but every now and then I like to wipe it all and start fresh. When I did the wipe I was surprised that the latest OS installed was the blitz I'd done not long ago!

I had 45 for the PP and 67 for the Z30, both of which had the prior blitz installed before this one where t-mobile WiFi calling was activated.

CB Colleagues, I am trying to upgrade to the newest Blitz Beta release, but once Sachesi hits the second app it stops. I am upgrading a Sprint Q10 and Unlocked Passport SE on TMo. They are both on 10.3.2.2789. I have never had a problem upgrading with either one. Has anyone gone through this? Can anyone help me, please? TIA.

What is the second app? There have been problems in the past with certain apps, like wallpaper, causing a Sachesi update to fail. The answer is to identify that app, remove it from the Blitz directory (you have to unzip the zip file manually, first), then do a Sachesi Blitz update with the directory rather than with the zip file.

It is indeed buttery smooth .. and quick on a Verizon Z10 (STL100-4).

And I find it interesting the install came with BBM Meetings, which is slated for shutdown in February.

I have the same phone, and carrier as well. I've never updated this way, how were you able to update Z10 Verizon?

I downloaded the blitz file and then dropped it into the Sachesi install window. Sachesi automatically performs a non-destructive install after that. Good Luck!

Better ram management and call lag reduced to virtually zero. Small update. But impactful.

Anyone have any idea how many Blitzes you can reasonably do on top of each other without doing a clean install before things get wonky? I haven't done a clean install with an autoloader since probably around 10.3.2.8xx. I haven't installed every leak in between, probably only about 4 or 5, but I remember back when the Blitzes first started appearing, I seemed to have issues installing several one after another. I am currently running 10.3.2.2474 but am hoping to get a little better battery on my Verizon Z10 and don't really relish the idea of running an autoloader and then having to set up all my android apps from scratch again.

I've done most every leak from 10.3.1 onward and ota installs along the way too. Never done an autoloader. Always non destructive. No issues at all.

Blitzes are almost identical to OTA or Link nondestructive updates, which is the way BlackBerry officially wants the updates to be done. I don't think BlackBerry ever anticipated that end users would use an autoloader. So, presumably you can do as many Blitz upgrades as you want. If your system seems to be corrupted, I believe the official way to fix it is by doing a Link OS reload, which is destructive and comparable to an autoload. But you want to have a complete backup before you do that.

Right. I was thinking that a Blitz is similar to an OTA update, but I have always been ahead of the game with leaks so I can't even remember the last time I installed an actual OTA Verizon update, LOL, probably not since the Bold days . . . . .
