I have Z30STA100-2/10.3.1.2582 already wiped but unfortunately it can't be detected by Sachesi or BlackBerry Link

    Any ideas?

Open BB link. Plug your device into the PC via USB. Restart your device. Does it detect it?

Actually, try rebooting both devices then open link, wait for it to fully boot up, then connect your phone via usb. If for any reason, its still not recognizable, PM me and I will fill you in on another procedure.

Yah that's fine. Your phone can be on when you plug it in. Plug it in let drivers install and let everything settle then reboot your phone.

The same thing happened to me with my Z10 STL-003. I had to completely uninstall Blackberry Link, restart my computer, download and install Blackberry Link again from the Blackberry website, restart, then download and install Blackberry Blend and restart. Then I restarted my phone and plugged it in. All the apps fought over which was supposed to get access to it. I only put in my password into Sachesi and left the other apps in the background. They stopped flashing after a while.

I surmise that it had something to do with a driver or something. I'm just glad it worked! Lots of restarting, heh.
