As I was searching through my installed apps I came across the Blackberry Runtime for Android App that I installed sometime near November.

Is this app now needed. I am running 10.2.1.1925 with 1926 radio and this app probably got reloaded due to App Data restoration.

Or not? Any chance that it is included in 1925 OS?
    Should I uninstall it?

    Thank you

All versions of BB10 come with that. The one you got from BB World was an update, a patch to fix an issue some people were having.

If the version on 10.2.1 was higher (and it was) then you didn't overwrite it.

Thank you for your prompt response.
In the comments it says " if you don't experience problems with android apps, then you do not need to install it."

    Should I uninstall it?

No. BBWorld points to whatever runtime you have on your phone.

    Aren't they included in 1925?

It is included but because when you upgrade, you need to reinstall them again
