    Thanks BerryLeaks team!

Couple questions. Also, forgive me but are some of these changes fixes from the previous 10.2.1 leaks? Or completely new with this build? I'm on Q10SQN100-2/10.2.0.1767 so I might be outta the loop here.

What does "updated translations" refer to?

"Pictures received in emails are now inline" were they not before?

What does "updated touch profile for improved battery life" mean?

Contacts can be copied to different backends. Not sure what that means, but hopefully something like say, one contact can be copied from the sim to your outlook email address.

Improvements on PIM libraries and services, which I'm not sure how will affect every day use.

    Thanks!

Previously you would have to select the attached file to open a picture.

    Battery life is awesome.

When saving a contact you can select which accounts to save to.

BlackBerry is changing the way that many databases are done. At this point you probably won't notice any difference. Hopefully someone else can elaborate for you.

That's true, you currently do have to click the attachment to view it. But then it kinda becomes inline from then on. Curious to see how it works now.

The contact saving to accounts I kinda figured.

I'm still a little confused on the "updated translations". Was that meant to say "updated transitions"?

    Thanks btw!

i've already loaded it on my 10.2.0.1767.
buttery smooth. just want to make sure you reboot after installation (hold vol+ and vol- for about 20 seconds until phone reboots)

and you MIGHT want to uninstall/reinstall current droid apps?

Damn.... Anyone try to load a personal certificate yet or receive an email with S/MIME and see if it knows what the signature block is?

I'm gonna play with this one -- they're doing things that lead me to believe they may be changing the internal organization of various entities (like contacts) which could be a harbinger of very good things to come.

That's awesome to see people working quite fast and good.

Can someone please elaborate more on the change log.

    My main concerns are,

FM support for Z10? Is it possible infact?
Android run time - What's new?
    PIM update- better contacts app?
    Battery life
Camera quality and more modes, options, just asking is ISO etc more of software that can be there for us too?

Appreciate your reply that helps understand us what to expect in a month or so when we will have more stable 10.2.1.xxxx leak.

    1) No Z10 support
    2) Unlocked runtime with option to hide the bar (perfect for Q5-10 users)
    3) Not sure
    4) Amazing battery life
    5) No ISO settings that I am aware of

    Thanks.
One nice thing to note from 10.2.1.x is that "reader mode" in the Browser now supports reversed pages - it means that instead of the original black text on white background you can reverse that to get white text (only in Reader mode however -not on the original page as the web designer never intended it that way).

So these are changes from the previous 10.2.1.476 release that was posted here.
What does "updated translations" refer to?
It means that more text has been internationalised in applications. That is, some text that was previously only in English or a few languages is now in more languages.
"Pictures received in emails are now inline" were they not before?
They weren't before. The pictures would only appear as attachments.

What does "updated touch profile for improved battery life" mean?
It means that they have changed the touchscreen's profiling so that it is more optimised for battery life. For instance, it can poll less frequently depending on circumstances and this would increase battery life.

Contacts can be copied to different backends. Not sure what that means, but hopefully something like say, one contact can be copied from the sim to your outlook email address.
    Backends refers to your accounts.

Improvements on PIM libraries and services, which I'm not sure how will affect every day use.
The code relating to PIM (accounts, contacts, phone) has been updated. It's difficult to read the code so this could be anything but most likely it relates to optimisations for these services (eg. battery life) or improved functionality.

There's going to be panorama for the camera question. And for runtime, it's now unlocked and you can hide the bottom bar!

Don't know about the other questions

Don't just load everything at once over your current OS, I recommend loading only apps that you want updated and that you know what they do (Adobe Reader, Camera, Clock, so on and so forth).
