Anyone notice yet if the battery on the 1323 leak is better than the 1047 with Wu-wei's 1323 autoloader files on top. Thinking about loading the full os but the only thing current not great is the battery drain. BTW, my radio is 1048 version. Thanks!

Battery life is amazing! Keeps getting better. Get 14hrs with moderate use. Even running the Android apps battery is a lot better.

    BerryLeaks presents 10.2.0.1323
    STL100-2/3/4 and SQN100-X and SQR100-X

Its our pleasure to present to you 10.2.0.1323 for STL-100-2/3/4 and SQN100-X.
Its not out pleasure to present you anything for STL100-1 so dont ask. We are not giving anything out for this device with this leak! So DO NOT ASK! And Yes, we are sorry for that.

The procedure is the same for each device, inside each file is an autoloader for each device; along with a .txt file with the MD5 and SHA-1 values of the autoloader. Please select the correct OS for your model device. If you don't know which model you have, in any text or BBM field type "myver" - without the quotation marks - and tap the space bar, and the info you need will appear, alternatively in Setting > About, you will also find it as well.

Back up all device info! The running of an autoloader *.exe file is a destructive process! You will lose all data on your device, and if your memory card is encrypted, you will lose all data on your memory card! Please make sure to backup all information and decrypt your memory cards before going any further!

After backing up all information, to your selected locations, SHUT DOWN LINK (if you used it for your back up), set your device to airplane mode, connect to your device via USB to the computer. Unzip the downloaded zip file to your desktop, and start the .exe. Enter any password info, hit enter, and go make a sandwich, take a shower, whatever. Once you see the Welcome Screen on your device, detach from USB, and perform setup. Follow ALL setup prompts. The following link is a detailed walkthrough of how to load the file onto the device (there is even a video): *Installing Leaks*

Step 1: I pray my phone doesnt get bricked again
Step 2: I hope I really understood all the steps to do after reading them almost everyday for 2weeks now.
Step 3: I download the autoloader for Linux (Ubuntu)
Step 4: I back up everything on my phone.
Step 5: I put the phone on airplane mode, connect to USB and run the executable file
Step 6: I curse myself while waiting for the new OS to update on my phone (while screaming "why am I doing this??") *holding my breath*
Step 7: Assuming everything goes well, I will have the 1323 OS on my Q10 and will be forever grateful for BerryLeak.

But I would do a security wipe right after install.

Why do I need a security wipe? I am trying to avoid that because the last time I bricked my phone was August 10 (Bought my phone August 9) when I did a security wipe.

You should be OK just let it go it will take a while and shut off after its done.
Then just fire that baby up and your rocking.

Aahleksh that's too funny. Two things I did after I backed up my phone was I removed my SD card and my SIM card.

Then after update I went ahead and did security wipe before putting them back in my phone.

And to add to what Slff said - keep your phone plugged into power source while wiping or it can cause it to drain and brick if it dies before finishing the process.

If my Q10 takes a while to do the Security Wipe... I just leave it alone right? Last time since it's taking awhile, I plugged it into USB then. Taaada! Bricked. So no matter how long it takes to do the wipe, I have to leave it alone?

    +1

And sounds like u've all the steps. Moody brought a great point up about removing sim + sd b4 u wipe. Make sure they're back in b4 u restore fr LINK, tho. And I believe u can just leave phone plugged into PC through the whole process for power, just make sure LINK is not running, and option to "start when device is detected" is off. LINK should only be run for backup + restore. It's too iffy otherwise, as it likes to do stuff w/o asking first.

I've done this over 5 times (yes, paltry compared to some) and haven't yet bricked my phone or had any significant mission-critical issues. Knock on wood *knocking on my own head* here.

    Do let us know......

Hey Aahleksh just saw ur signature. Please note that 1323 has done away w the squircle

I've reverted to 1047 b/c of both that and bad battery life. The battery issue can, I understand, b solved by sideloading another radio bar, but the squircle was an issue for me too

And I've not noticed significant improvements in 1323 over 1047, for my usage patterns.

The squircle reference is in my signature.

It is the progress and actively animation indicator or sometimes called the loading icon or as I have been know to say the square circles with rounded corners dizzy thingie.

It is in1047 but has not been adopted for inclusion in later builds with the result of that decision causing some of us to voice our disappointment in many of the threads on CB.

The thing was dubbed the squircle and has taken on a life of its own.

My avatar is a stylized version of the squircle.

I haven't seen any other feature of BB10 gaining more fans than the now absent squircle. If it comes back, it should be in one of the cameos for further BlackBerry 10 commercial ads...but not in much length, though. Then people will find the device in the ad pretty laggy.
