Smooth and nice OS, but battery is draining, very quickly, same as previously installed 0.2., very high CPU. Probably I will buy Mugen battery 3600 Mah.
    CPU jumping between 12-2%
Already more than 24 hours on this build.

Question -- Why can't I save files? Whenever I try to save an attachment (picture, doc file, anything) whenever I long press the picture or file, and then press "save as" the screen just blinks. Nothing saves.
What action caused the issue? -- It has been this way since loading the os.
What did you try to resolve the issue? -- reboots won't work.

Even though providing support is apparently not my job...

Now that the 1323 leak is live, I have posted a slight variation of those files.

I have modified the first post in my hybrid thread to include a link to my latest PostAutoloader. This collection of files is taken from 1323, and it is intended to be sideloaded over an existing 10.2.0.1047 installation. This will allow users to maintain the battery performance of 1047 (which I preferred) while enjoying some of the new tweaks of 1323. Because it is a sideload operation, it is also nondestructive to data and will not require any restore process. It should work for all devices, including STL100-1.
just side load the ******* for my Z10 STL 2, thanks to wu wei. so far no issues. all seems to be working. this is a ******* i love to adopt.

On the first 10.2, it took a good 72hrs for normal* battery life to resume for me.

Someone somewhere said something (specific I know!) about new installs maybe having to reindex everything for universal search, hence the poor battery life for the first couple of days

This is about the 5th leak I've installed. The amount of time it takes for the OS to 'settle' has seemed to increase with each one. Not moaning, just saying...

Your restore can cause it too.

Part 2 of a stupid question.
Does it do anything to the Q if you load the sys contacts bar.

    Posted from Q10 from CB10 running 10.2.0.1323
I loaded the sys.contact.bar in the OP on my Q10 and I couldn't save contacts to my SIM or view them but if I tried to re-enter it would say they were already saved.

So I extracted the sys.contact.bar out of the Q10 update and sideloaded it back on.

Then did hard reset. (B/c I didn't think to do that first - my elevator was hung between floors )

Now my contacts that were saved to my SIM before the update are back and all is well.

What I don't know is if replacing the Z10 bar file back to Q's fixed it, hard reset fixed it or both combined.

If you want/need me to post the extracted bar file for the Q from this leak let me know.

The OS has settled if in the App manager, the System is using between 5-10% of the CPU. Thus is my observation. When the System uses over 30% off the CPU, I experience a rapid drain of the battery.

    OK Mega is done-

I have PC laptop w/USB cord
Backed is completed with the problematic Link (never trust it)
The new illegally obtained slow to be shared OS
sys.pim.contacts-10.5.200.287.bar - thanks to the guy that gave us that link
    Roast Beef sandwich
    Adult beverage of my choice

OK I'm going in! Wish me luck! If I'm not back in few hours please send help!
So I'm up and running with 1323 after hours and hours of researching about this OS and making what I thought was an informed decision.

Yep I followed my list to the letter or so I thought, until just now when I went to use the quick access bar in the contacts app.

    Um, forgot the sys.pim.contacts-10.5.200.287.bar

I had to many adult beverages while I was hypnotized by the LED after the evil shredder was done and skipped a step.

Another prime example of 'User Error'

Best let this be a learning experience for the masses.

Note : I reserve the right to amend this post if I think of a reason I can use to blame the Berry Leaks Team for my mistake.

The problem is that I never restore on the leaks, it takes time but for example dev 341 the battery was great under heavy use 1,5 days....
once i performed complete wipe there was the'' comp linked to device'' on the screen, how can i do it again , i think i still have some left overs from previouse installs...

I had the same problem and finally found the solution to this.
You need to sideload two facebook files. Reboot and it works. The files are sys.socialconnect.facebook-10.1.1.59 and com.rim.bb.app.facebook- 10.2.1.1
You can find these in the posts. The most important one is the social connect file. That will associate the app with the physical. When I went to 1047, I lost Facebook and had to sideload an android app. It never worked right. With the above files, I was finally able to run the BB app and have full integration with the HUB.

Sure, when the CPU works harder, it will consume more battery specially when the system do something heavier. The Quad Core will active both and need more battery. It is not linear battery consumption.
Also higher battery consumption cause heat.

I'm currently having three issues with 10.2.0.1323 that I wasn't successful finding in the FAQ or earlier in this thread. I installed 10.2.0.1323 after a backup from 10.1.0.4780 which I installed after a backup of 10.1.0.4687. All backups were restored using the recommended methods. After going through the setup the first time I performed a Security Wipe.

    Device: Z10
    Device Model: STL100-3, T-Mobile

    * First Issue
Issue/Question: WiFi calling icon is gone, not sure if calls are going over WiFi or not. After completing the initial set-up (both times) I was shown a new screen (not seen on the earlier builds) that calls, and txts?, would go over WiFi when connected to a WiFi network.
Installing 10.2.0.1323 has resluted in this issue.

    * Second Issue
I have an Android app called "Mobuyle" that that I use for work. It is a phone credit card processing app that can use a swiper that is plugged into the speaker/mic plug. I have side loaded and used Mobuyle successfully on all 10.1 leaks including the swiper. After loading on 10.2.0.1323 the swiper no longer works.
I have tried deleting and reloading the app.

    * Third Issue
Before reboot battery shown at 97% in Battery Guru and the icon showed almost full. After I rebooted the Z10, a reset reboot by holding down the button until the blue boot ring shows, the battery showed 54% in Battery Guru and the battery icon showed about half the battery charge gone. I haven't heard of this issue with Battery Guru stated earlier.
After another hard reboot, with the charger plugged in, Battery Guru showed the battery at 97% and the battery icon showed almost full.

    Any ideas to try?

Battery guru is probably not reporting correctly. It doesn't support 10.2 yet
Android runtime is different, so either your app doesn't support android 4.2.2 OR there is some component that your app requires that isn't or hasn't been implemented into the runtime yet
I'm not sure about wifi calling, because I don't get that with my plan on Telus. Maybe someone who uses it can chime in?

I was very careful in my post to note that the BB10 Battery Icon was showing the same thing. I understand the issues with Battery Guru but the BB10 Battery Icon was showing ~the same so this wasn't a Battery Guru issue.

Sorry. That was my bad. I misunderstood what you were saying. As far as I understand, Battery Guru takes it's readings from the system itself, so it's a moot point saying battery Guru shows the same thing the system does
However, going from ~90% to 50% is really odd. Has it happened more than once. If it went back after the third reboot, I'm almost inclined to say that it was a one time glitch?
