The facebook issue has come to haunt me after a reboot. The greyed out notification setting will not go enable after many reboots, deletes and reinstallation.
Can surely live without the FB notifications and wait for the next build to come down up on us.
On 1047 after a week it started to work for me it's a good thing that I barely use that piece of s...software

I truly thought the Devs that port android apps to BB World will be able to make the bottom bar act differently. Is this wrong?

Any value in removing my memory card from my phone before I embark on the jump to 1323 and not putting it back in till sometime later?

Take your memory card out. It will avoid trouble whether it would cause trouble or not. I took mine out and put back afterwards and all was well.

Ok. Thanks for correction as I'm also interested to know.

So the question asked is; "is the option to create groups under contact back?"

Would anybody be able answer that?

This build has many bug fixes, and is a loading spinner that much of a deal breaker? Serously?

The spinner is quite deceiving it's true, dunno if they're trying to copy Android or what... Hopefully it will change again before the final build.

One issue that still remains unsolved - WIFI !
The phone refuses to connect to detected wifi. Or sometimes never detects any wifi.

In the setup (after installing the leaked OS) : it shows the router id but does not connect to it!

Flight Mode is rendered useless too!

Makes for continuity of the user experience if the design elements are seamless.

Another example of the new direction we should continue to see moving forward.

If you request a new key, you'll get a different file then until now, and if you use it (BlackBerry developer blog posted about it) it'll be linked to BlackBerry ID, and downloaded automatically.

    Tapped on my Z10 in CB10 | #BerryLeaks

BSIS key has nothing to do with developer keys. Its a security key that authenticates the device with the BBRY network. If you don't have it, it should mean that you can't BBM or access appworld.

Just want to point out, that unless I'm wrong from years of experience, the "leaked" builds you are playing with are weeks out of date if they're coming from BBRY. A lot of the issues you are raising would have been picked up weeks ago and fixed or on there way to being fixed.

However, all that could have changed now and someone is knowingly seeding software that's a candidate for carrier evaluation early to the BL team. In which case, the bugs would prove valuable.

Pretty sure this build is from some date in August, can't be that out of date.

The issue only affects the Z, yes. You don't need to do anything on a Q. Not a stupid question
If it was a stupid question (which it wasn't) then I'm stupid too because I downloaded the file, not realizing it only affected Z's and not my beloved Q....

I guess I should have got across my point that the builds are generated multiple times daily, so BBRY internally will be on newer builds than what has been "leaked" out. Many bugs or feature issues most likely have been picked up.

Also bare in mind that if carriers have never received the "leaked" build, then it needs to be accepted that certain functions like hot spot, network technology selection and network features won't work.... but there's always workarounds for these things

Thankfully it doesn't harm your Q either, so if you were worried, let it go!
