Hey Katie, I'm actually kind of surprised you've never loaded a leak before.

I suppose it helps that T-Mobile is a lot more aggressive with the upgrades than its 2 largest US competitors.

As for what the Z10 came with in the first place, Android 4.2.2 didn't exist on 1/31/2013.

I agree it would have been nice to have all these these things back then. Better late than never...
4.2 was released in November of 2012, even a 4.0 ice cream sandwich runtime would have been a huge deal / way better. Gingerbread was released in 2010.

Sometimes Hotmail doesn't like to work on the default hostname (m.hotmail.com), it might prefer, for example "blu-m.hotmail.com". If you login to the web interface you can find your default hostname listed after login. Then use that hostname and see how that works.
    Thanks a lot.

Same here. I'm disappointed that they went down the Windows look of that circle. :-(

If you're talking about shortly after a new OS install, it's usually some combination of account/cloud syncing and file indexing.

Always a good idea to leave the device connected to a charger overnight for the first day or two.

Next time watch our hangouts we explicitly suggested that you should leave it on charger. And common sense would dictate too. It's keep indexing and downloading data, so will drain your battery faster because it's not in true standby mode.

that's flop.,.,,,. like c first i thought that i had first generation z10 but now its this .., and gifted one of my friend a z10 last week, even her phone is 100-1 i mean are all the models sold in India are 100-1 or i bought an first lot that where made

and why will blackberry try to save few bucks i mean i bought my z10 for 44500 inr that means 721 usd ..
and will they do the same thing in z30 when they launch it

how will i know which number i have 100-1 or 1--4 without opening the box
The STL100-1 was an unfortunate choice. For all future models they switched to qualcomm, and yes they will have multiple Z30 variants but they'll only be different in supported radio frequency.

If you have a Windows PC, try the following tool to check your ActiveSync credentials:

    ActiveSync Tester Free Download

EDIT: Blackberry also has a handy online tool for checking account credentials:

    BlackBerrry Email Account Validation Tool

You could also try setting it up temporarily as a POP account, just to check the credentials. Hotmail does not support IMAP.

    Here's a thread on a similiar problem with .1047.

Looks like there may be an issue accepting "special characters":

Installed Modern Combat 4 on this build and it crashes. I think ALL Gameloft games have problems regarding their libraries and 10.2 OS.

Quick question, I couldn't find it so far....do we still need the debug token to sideload the various converted apks with this new build? or can we finally do without it? and if so would I have to reconvert them?

    Thanks. I will try this.

Another issue I have with the z10 is that when it is on, it doesnt charge. It only charge when I turn it off. I already did two hard resets. On Q10 I had no problem on charging.
