I hate to restore or manually install after upgrading to new leak. It's really painful.
So I decided to I try a non-destructive method to Upgrade my Q10 from 1791 to 1803 with sachesi for windows.
    My steps with sachesi:
    1. Download 1803 from Vodafone UK (234-015). Downloaded files will be saved in folder .../...249
    2. Connect phone to Install all .bars files from 249 folder.
    3. Wait installation to finish ~ 20-30 mts.
    4. Extract both OS & Radio with 7zip, from 249 folder, your will get OS.signed and Radio.signed. Combine both with sachesi to build Autoloader.exe.
    5. Run Autoloader.exe and wait to finish
    6. Congrats. Now you're running OS 1803 with radio 1804.

Now my Q is running smooth. No heating, no batt drain. Just works.

Not sure if this was already posted, but I found a nice new feature in this build. The phone will now save your voicemail password so you don't have to type it in when checking messages. In the phone dialer program swipe from the top and go to settings. Under the voicemail section you'll find a way to set your password. Now when you dial your voicemail there will be a button on the bottom of the screen that you can tap to have phone dial in your password for you. It's not perfect - I'd rather the phone just type in my password automatically without me tapping the button, but it's definitely a move in the right direction!

Download the debrick os and radio files using sachesi, change the files extentions to. Bar and install it using sachesi. All went well, and finally managed to change the contacts theme to dark.

All android sideloads works, no issues with the connection.

How do I renew a debug token?

    Posted via CB10
In your directory where you have your Debug Token file, there should also be a file called RenewToken. Just run that once a month to renew your token.

I did steps 1,2 and 3 last night and am running Z10STL100-2/10.2.0.1803 so i'm confused as to why you did 4,5 and 6 as I understand that's a destructive upgrade.

Doesn't give me an option to press a button just automatically enters the password.

Yes, I personally verified that Settings is the culprit. Many others have noted the same. After I flashed 1791, I made sure I could change my theme without issue and also made sure I could toggle off my FB and LinkedIn in Contacts and they would STICK! Then I did a full restore and immediately lost dark theme and could not toggle FB/LinkedIn in Contact. I then did a security wipe and did it again, this time only restoring application and media. All was well after that. Give it a shot.

This was fixed in recent leaks, not sure which one, but it was before .1803.

Ok, I'm seeing some funky behavior on my Z10 that I updated last night. The swipe to wake is slow to repond. So slow that I actually swipe multiple times before it picks it up. Also, at one point, my power button wouldn't turn the screen off. I did a hard reboot and still seeing it. Anyone else?
