This leak does not address the slow screen reaction when answering a call -- it still occasionally happens. I'm not seeing slowness in the hub however.
Funny you mention the slow screen reaction when answering a call, I've been experiencing that same thing but people keep telling that weird they don't have it and I'm like weird I am. Now I know I'm not crazy cuz your right there with me.

Well I am crazy just for that reason.

How do I upload the Radio version `1804 in a bricked phone?
Make an autoloader from the right radio file.

I loaded 10.2.0.1803 on my Z10 yesterday afternoon (MST) and did some testing with BBM, BBM Video, phone calls and emails. So far everything is working as expected. I have a Q10 for work and tested BBM functions with my Z10. Worked perfectly. My Q10 is running 10.2.0.1791.

So far so good with this build.

Installed this leak this AM on my TMO Q10 SQN 100-5 after reading the thread - my initial observations:

Radio does seem to be better than my original OS 1.0.4204 as I now get 2-3 bars in my house (a TMO dead zone) whereas I formerly only got 1 bar. WiFi seems to connect faster and appears more stable and stronger. No WiFi calling of course (brain dead TMO may ship an update someday). 10.2 has enough advantages (for one the App Monitor) that I can live without WiFi calling for now. Have not seen any major bugs and liking the dark theme.

I used the autoloader from the OP and had absolutely no issue installing. After battery/ROM settles in I will report back on battery life.

And for some of you newer folk who seem to be having issues, I would recommend the autoloader rather than Sachesi because you get a full wipe to clear out any debris from other OS's.

weird thing: i have to press "alt > W, alt > E..." for "12..." on sim-pin with q10. before it takes the numbers automatically for sim-pin.

    Hello All,

I know there have been talks of recent that restoring "Full" from backup often presents its own problems.

I previously had the 1791 ("Official release") and made a backup before using the 1803 autoloader to wipe my device. I have done all as per required (in installing a leak), but I am now ready to restore from the 1791 backup that I created.

What combination recommendations in regards to restoring the data do you suggest I do?

    Key:

    1: All Data
    2: Application Data
    3: Media Data
    4: Settings

    Restore 1? Restore 2 + 4? Restore 2 only, etc......

    Many thanks

moyah, I generally don't restore after installing a leak, I prefer to set up everything manually. However, this is the route I followed on those past occasions when I did restore: app data--settings. If you have your media on a card, it will repopulate during indexing. If not, restore the media last.

If you're not wanting to do a full restore, stay away from settings. That's the one that always botched up my dark/light themes and wouldn't allow me to toggle off FB and LinkedIn contacts in the contacts app. Last time I restored, I only did 2 and 3. I used Sachesi this time so didn't need to restore anything.

I would periodically lose signal in my house, which was infuriating. If I get signal, it's 1 bar, maybe 2. I've noticed that I am now getting 2-3 bars now and haven't noticed lost signal (yet). Good start and I hope it stays that way.

Thanks also for this. I do not normally ever restore from a backup and just go for the fresh start option, but as 1709 was so stable (and the gap in-between leaks :-), in addition to me ditching WhatsApp. ), I had a lot of conversations via text that I wanted to restore.

I have since restored and stayed away from settings as you suggested and all seems well. Thanks.

I've had a few issues with BBM and I have a friend who is also. He isn't on either 1791 or this leak, so could be all BBM. I don't know though.

Hmmmm settings could be whats messing up me getting light theme? I might try this next time. As I side note, and it may not make a difference but I do it anyway, when I restore, I do so in airplane mode as well.

Yes, I personally verified that Settings is the culprit. Many others have noted the same. After I flashed 1791, I made sure I could change my theme without issue and also made sure I could toggle off my FB and LinkedIn in Contacts and they would STICK! Then I did a full restore and immediately lost dark theme and could not toggle FB/LinkedIn in Contact. I then did a security wipe and did it again, this time only restoring application and media. All was well after that. Give it a shot.
