This is what BlackBerry told to BlackBerry elite members (and all elites had access to the 10.3 beta program)

    Yes.
If you wipe, you will need to re-sideload the bars all over again.

    I don't think that's accurate.

Unless you perform a OS reload with Link, all the current versions of your bar files will be maintained with a security wipe.

    Really!
I wonder what happened to me then when I loaded the bars from 296 onto my device running 700 at the time.
When I wiped, I had to resideload the bars. Guess I did something wrong then.

Will loading the bars files on 1130 cause any issue? Also, someone mentioned bugs with the android notifications about not being able to access them. Can someone please verify this for me before I take the plunge ?

    Thanks in advance.

That happened because it was a developer OS, and NO versions of those apps are supposed to be present in the factory condition state. They therefore were deleted. Just like losing a side loaded bar like Snap. If it's not on the original manifest, it will be deleted.

Core OS is only for qc8974 devices too. It will load and proceed to brick your phone if you try. You'd have to run another autoloader to recover.
Yeah I didn't notice the change when I ran it. Lol three flashes of red lights, where were you at like 1am! LOL
