Just installed and I am now restoring data. My understanding is that this is the Verizon specific release of 2354 which would include the Verizon radio for STL-100-4. Even thought the other radios work this is the 100-4 radio. Similar to the 2009 leak that was a Verizon release. So this radio would be like the 2354 version of the 1917 radio that came with 2009. Hope that is not too confusing.

So far so good. Did a backup and restore without any issues. I was using 2009, so haven't really seen any differences in performance.

Is it work upgrading from 2009? I haven't had much issues with 2009. Battery life is okay. At some point, I'm going to have to stop wiping my phone weekly and just wait for 10.2 OTA. Hopefully that comes out.

I'm going to check back in later and see how this is working for us 100-4 users. I too am on .2009 and it's been great, all the way around. If there is some pretty awesome commentary on the .2354/.1917 mash up, I'll do the upgrade. If nothing significant, I too will wait for 10.2. Thanks to those 100-4 users for trying this and reporting to the rest of us.

Isn't this what lbfe just gave us? I think I'm confusing myself. lbfe, what is your file? It's the 2354OS with original 'current' radio, correct? I think that's what I'm after is just the 2354OS and if run into an issue to run the 1917 radio. But now I'm getting confused with these various types of files and ways in which to install them. Some autoloader, some you need the Sachup?? Geez man, don't confuse a brother???
I think what he provided was the Verizon version of OS 2354 with a VZW radio file. I installed the modified version of 4285 that Kris built from the Q10 file. Because the OS in 4285 was meant for the Q10, only the apps were compatible with the Z10. As a result, Kris built an autoloader with the 2354OS and the 4285 Apps (You can see that thread here: http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...-3-4-a-814824/) I just flashed the 1917 radio file over it. That thread also notes that the "hybrid" OS caused the email app to malfunction so sachup/sachibar was needed to load up the two email ibar files.

If the 4285 updated apps are not a big deal to you, you can just use the autoloader in this thread. It's the simplest way to go. Sorry, if I caused confusion...

Everything working well for me, too. Radio shows 10.1.0.2355, same as before, but maybe Verizon specific?

yep this is orginal verizon release what they should release or not depend of carrier testing etc.
So far my Verizon Z10 isn't liking it. Several freezeups and reboots already. I loaded and did a security wipe afterwards. Going to see if it's related to my Podcast app.

I loaded lbfe latest 100-4 ( 2354 with 2355 radio ) hybrid and all went well . Imust say that this is MUCH snappier , quicker than my last OS. I dont know what ya did lbfe but so far AWESOME !!! Yes as foppa_21 stated it does show the same 2355 radio file . lbfe is there anyway to tell the difference between your latest 2355 and the original 2355?

Yea, I didn't do any radio swaps and it's been running strong. I was getting reboots on 2009, but nothing yet here.

I have a Verizon 100-4- and have been using 2009 for 2 weeks or so now- Battery was an issue for the 1st 24 hiurs- now its fine (similar experience with all prior leaks too)- I'm stable and no re-booting-

No issues- I see lots of different experiences with the 2354 so I'm staying with 2009-

    Hope that helps

I'm also using 2453/1917 mix it's taken a few days but the battery drain is starting to level out getting about 10-12 hours now. Once in a blue moon I get interruption on calls and I'm on the phone most the day.

Amen to that. 2342 had horrible battery too! I had nightmares with that leak!
Everyone keeps saying that. Maybe for you STL-100-4 people it didn't work. But I'm STL-100-3 (RFF91LW) user and that OS more than doubled my battery life from about 7 hours to about 16 hours.

    Perfect. Thanks, lbfe.

So far everything is working flawlessly for me. And I can't believe how fast everything sync'd and settled as my battery is holding strong in the first few hours.

I am with Verizon STL 100-4 using 2342. I also installed several leaks but 2342 worked the best for me. I stayed with it. I will wait for 10.2. Sachibar has proven to be too much for me. I am not waiting for Verizon.

I am trying to get the new leaked OS on a mac. I have an auto load program already but i am confused by the different auto loaders out there. The Sachibar is only for Windows and for Linex (sp) I didnt see one for Mac. With all this confusion I feel like I might just have to wait until an official VZW OS comes out, UNLESS someone can point me to A) an OS .2354 I can download because the google doc posted here doesnt work and B) tell me if i can use my mac with this auto loader file

    Hope you can help

    Thanks
