    I have used cpu z for android on my device and i saw that even a simple app like that uses a lot of cpu power, on idle the cpu is on 85-100% so i suspect the lag from android apps is bcz of this high cpu load even in idle.

    android apps use a lot of memory as well because they run all the time.

    So this might be the problem with android devices with quad cores that sometimes cant even beat in speed some dual cores like iphones.

    Just throwing this out there, it shouldn't be using 85%-100%!

    This is me with multiple android apps open as well as BlackBerry10 apps:

    Edit:

    It may help to let you know that Android apps don't always get access to the full processing power of your phone, usually it only sees half as many cores as a native BlackBerry10 app will see/have access to due to the fact it's emulated
