4.2.2? No, you need at least the 10.2 Dev Beta to get that to work.

Does the 4.2.2.2 allow use of Bluetooth? I have been checking around and have not seen of it is confirmed. I was told that it would (before the leak).

I am also interested to see if they allowed blue tooth access to the 4.2.2 runtime. I have an OBDII reader and want it to connect to the torque app.

Allow me to be another voice of inquiry with regard to bluetooth.

In case anyone is curious, you still can't sideload the 4.2.2 runtime into the latest 10.1.0.4543 leak either. Thought it had a very very very very small chance just because it was a newer build so I loaded it up to try.

Thanks @sterod for that explanation re Google Maps API. If we could have access to that, and google signin sure would be a boost. I too want RBC! I guess this is why Canadian Tire doesn't work too.

Blue tooth access will.not be allowed in runtime. This is partially due to sway developers to create native apps.

There are also some other catches, like certain apps that rely on specific hardware, eg: Granny Smith is a game that won't run do to some graphics hardware requirements. The last catch I am aware of is apps that need to verify or "check in" a license to run in the Google Play store.
Which hardware did Granny Smith require? Were you using the 'THD' version?

I play Oil Rush just fine and I think it's perhaps the most demanding on GL extensions.

I wasn't able to figure that out, gave up. I can send you the apk if you'd like to try for yourself.

Not sure what you mean by "THD" version. I can tell you it's the version I extracted from my Motorola RAZR phone.
