I took the leap today and installed the .1055 leak....first time ever doing it. It was pretty straightforward and all looks good, except...I have the BBM "can't connect" issue. I checked the forums and see that it's likely due to the fact that I jumped to so much higher of a version that the restore of my backup didn't work properly.

So, I need to know the easiest thing to do to fix it. Is the only option to find a 10.1 leak and downgrade, make another backup, then upgrade again? If so, what leak would you suggest I use? Or, is there another option?

Another point to mention - I realize I should have gone with .1925, so if I do the downgrade/upgrade route, I will upgrade to that leak instead.

Thanks to all who can help...

I was just about to ask why you installed an outdated leak as that. Go ahead and install 1925 and see if the issue persists.

Posted by my device of choice. Might be a BlackBerry, might not be. It is of concern to you.

Thank you for the advice. I finally got .1925 installed this afternoon after a few hiccups, and the restore appears to be working just fine. Loving it!
