Anyone else experiencing issues connecting their 10.3 device to ActiveSync?

I installed the hybrid found here OS 10.3.0.296/441(radio) hybrid!! For ALL BUT STL100-1 for my Q10. Then copied over the 70 files found here list of missing apps in SDK from. 296 using the chrome browser plugin.

Everything seems to be working ok so far i just can't get my exchange ActiveSync setup.

Did I miss a step or do something completely wrong? Attached is screenshot of the error message i'm receiving.
    Activesync Issues on 10.3 Hybrid?-img_20140513_111801.jpg

I have checked with my provider and everything is good on their end. I have removed the phone in outlook web access but it's still a no go. Anyone have any ideas?

My HUB just sucked the life out of my phone last night and when i plugged it in today i cannot setup active sync or exchange emails now. I tried remove and re add but it wont. so im guessing there is an issue with it in .296. Which is weird since it ran fine for like 3 days... This must fall under the lower battery = weirdness category

My battery hasn't dropped below 70% since installation, so I don't think is the low battery weirdness, at least I hope not, 70% is pretty high.

OP- are you setting up this account as work or exchange active sync? I am using a Z30 with the same OS and radio that you mentioned and it is working fine for me. Make sure that your active sync is turned on (verify with your IT dept). Make sure that you are using the default port number: 443.
    I hope this helps!

This is being configured as a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync account on port 443 not a work account. This device is not connected to a BES environment so i don't think the work account is necessary. ActiveSync is turned on and was functioning on this account, with this phone prior to upgrade.

I'm just trying to get an idea if anyone else has had this issue before I wipe and reload. Also wanted to make sure i followed the right steps.

I've rolled back to 10.2.1.2941 and ActiveSync works without any issues. I can't figure out why it wouldn't work with the 10.3 hybrid. I'm going to try and reload it one more time and see, otherwise I'll be sticking with 10.2.1.2941.

    EDIT:
Tried again and had to roll back. Even without copying over the additional bars it still wouldn't connect to ActiveSync. Guessing something is off with this build. I'll wait until the next one.

I encountered the same problem. Active Sync doesn't connect. I tripple verified the settings. It must be that build that is somehow messed up.

the resolution is to security wipe. there must be something left on the device causing this issue. Once i security wiped all is working perfectly with active sync now

Sigh. Looks like i'll need to do another full day of backing up, updating, etc, today. I'll give the security wipe a try and see how it goes.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    Restart hub? Fixed my HUB.

I security wiped before adding the ActiveSync account and I'm still getting the same error. Guess me and this build were not meant to be. I'm beginning to think it may be the way 10.3 interacts with exchange is different. Who knows if my provider is running the latest patches and stuff. Could that cause these issues?

I can't even add my Active Sync Account After doing a full wipe and downgrade of the OS. May be some problem on the Server side. Weird.

It's ok, I'll hold off for now. It's still in testing for a reason.

    Thanks for your help.

Argh, our Exchange servers are under maintenance, therefore it doesn't work. So the problem is on my side.

Still I hate 10.3. It has some neat features, but the look and feel is a no go.
