I have had some issues with the phone locking up for 10 seconds or more and being unresponsive (not even able to do a swipe up for example). I updated via Sachesi, so I probably need a fresh reinstall via autoloader.

    Edit: I'm using a Z10 on Verizon

Well, for me earlier Phone app was laggy but this one has a life of its own. If you are too quick to place the earpiece near face, sensor will not kick in and screen+keyboard light will not turn off. One few occasions after the caller ended (BTW I never had the pleasure of ending the call for past couple of versions because my phone app is permanently laggy) the phone hanged.
Hard boot resolve the issue, but temporarily. This is coming from a destructive install. What I was expecting?
In all fairness, Battery life is marathon though.

I know lots of people have not issue with doing updates.....

But stuff happens, I've found doing a clean install is just the best solution to bypassing these issues that pop up from time to time.

That said I still have times when it seem like the device gets "stuck" for a few seconds now. Usually in the phone app trying to find a contact..
And for me battery life has gotten worse on my Z10 on the last two or three builds. Probable a Verizon Radio "thing", just haven't bother switching radios to see.

Possibly one of worst update for me, last couple of days the phone app just went weird from bad. While still on call, it will disconnect and screen lights up and still being near ear it will pick the input from cheek and call the last dialled number. I have no idea and kept hello... helloo... helloooo for the previous call.
With many claiming this to be one of better release, sound like I had a botched up install. I did a destructive reload again and keeping fingers crossed.

Glad you sorted that out! Did they replace the screen or new phone?

I have been on 2789 on my Z10 for almost a month with no issues and battery life has been very good. I performed a nondestructive load via Sachesi without incidents. Performance is as good or better than other releases I have been on.

From a Z10 point of view, 'come on in, the water is fine'

Hey, I'm just the messenger. There are a lot of people here besides me that will tell you that 10.3.2.2789 is a great release, especially if you have T-mobile. No cement shoes please.

    Anyone have this strange issue:

I have had 2789 installed for several days now, added all the Google stuff from Cobalt232 and it works (for the most part), installed a bunch of Google Play Market items including several that I've purchased in the past and had no issues at all. Not a half hour ago I restarted the device (don't ask) - a typical nothing special hold-power-choose-restart and that was that.

Unfortunately, upon the restart it appears to have totally wiped everything I had installed previously over the past few days - everything on the microSD card is still there as expected thankfully (had quite a few pics I've taken the past few days) but, it's like a brand new flash of 2789 had just occurred. I decided to test that so I made a few changes (brightness, Wi-Fi, etc) and then restarted it again and voila, it wiped again.

I'm not certain this is or could be a 2789 issue or my Z10 could just be borked so badly it'll do this after every restart (not something I typically do, I was just testing something).

Also, upon the first boot each time I can connect to a 5 GHz access point I have but after that if it disconnects it's like that specific AP just disappears forever. I can't even add it manually as a 5 GHz AP (I do that because I live in an apartment building that is really flooded in the 2.4 MHz range so I use that for that reason. However, while the AP does appear when I first go looking for it, on subsequent reconnects it's like it doesn't even exist anymore even when I'm a few feet from the router. In fact, at times ALL the 5 GHz APs are not visible for some reason.

Just curious if anyone else is having such issues and not just me.
