Yes they can be! Their is a setting in the app press the 1mobile symbol (top left corner of app) then a side bar will open up and you can click a settings tab from there scroll down and you will see a notifications option and turn them off!

I know very well what is Ghost Commander but thanks for the explanation anyway, I was more wondering what it had to do with the 1mobil notification problem (Wich I suffer also).

The notification option in setting is for when there is an update (Enable update Notification, On by default, but it's off on my end)
second is Show Notification, which you can read at the bottom it said "Show icon on notification bar to switch easily" which is not what we are asking for either (that's off by default on my end)

There is no other notification option in setting.

If you delete all the apk files in it and clear cache history and everything it lets you, they stop!

What he meant by using ghost commander is to do the following. Install ghost commander and run it. Then on the home screen tap on applications. Find the 1mobile app in the list and tap and hold it till a menu pops up. Then select manage and on the next screen you will see a check box to deselect "show notifications". Exit and save and that should get rid of the notifications popping up.

The notifications were driving me crazy as well. Thanks for the tips on turning it off. But have you guys been able to get the apps to run. I tried Candy Crush, Temple Run 2 and they just hang and then exit. Speedtest is working. I have tried the same apps from Amazon and same thing .

Candy Crush works for me from 1mobile, not Temple Run 2 though.

Just hit the X and it fixes it. It was driving me nuts as well.

    Click top left corner.

    Then My Apps

That removes the app from your account, meaning it won't update them if an update happens to pop up on the store. It solves the notification issue, but may cause another problem for some users. To date, the Ghost Commander solution appears to be the best one.
