I get 4g constantly in my living room now whereas with the 1899 radio, it was only 3g unless I was outside. Seems to have improved but it could be just me or the weather here in Tennessee. Worth a shot either way.

Z10, .1925 OS, .1926 radio, flawless so far.

I wasn't really having too many problems with the original radio file, but I'm still noticing the annoying disconnect/reconnect issue with wifi networks. Not a huge issue for me but certainly not ideal. So far no real improvement on battery life for me either; using a Z10 device.

I was constantly in and out of social media. This is my normal routine, and with that my battery life would be in the low 40s by now. I know how I use my phone and this is a big improvement for me.

My screen brightness is set to the lowest point.

My Q10 is running 1925 and has radio 10.1.0.2122. This is why I can't make phone calls isn't it? So 1899 or 1926

After a full over night charge and a 9 hour settle; my z30 has gone from 100% (@17 hours) to 97% (@11 hours) within 20 minutes. This my 2nd install. I going to switch back to 1899. 1899 seems to be way better than 1926. Maybe 1926 doesn't like receiving an AWS signal?

I wonder if the bad battery issue is just a Z30 thing?

I'm sure your battery is fine. 1926 just isn't Z30 friendly.

Just wanted to know if anyone has installed this radio on a z10 STL100-3, etc. running 10.2.1.1259?? If so, what kind of results?
Just installed it this morning on 1925. Works good. Too early to say what's different but if I notice any problems or huge performance changes, I'll report back.

I recommend you take the leap of faith and install 1925... U. WILL. NOT. REGRET. IT.

I loaded the new radio file monday night, now at almost 2pm on wednesday(without charging AT ALL) I am at 15% and 9 hours remaining. I can tell it is still settling in as my system has accounted for 28% of my battery drain. I am also on sprint. the only downside i noticed yesterday was a loss of data connection from time to time.

Would this work on top of OS 10.2.1.1259? Or is it better to stick with the radio that loaded with the OS?

I'm using an STL-4 on Verizon

Ummmm, stupid question time but...what exactly does the radio control?

    1) Cellular voice service
    2) Data service
    3) Wifi
    4) Bluetooth
    5) NFC

So far this radio file has not misbehaved on LTE for me.

I note "so far", because I've only been running it since shortly after it was dropped, and it has taken several days in the past before the bad behavior has shown up.

So thus far I like it, and certainly don't have a reason to roll back to what came with 1925.

Many, many thanks to SirJes, Bla1ze and BB_X for hooking us A L L up!

One thing I didn't really like was that in a few different posts, some were sort of discouraging people from backing up their phones. Although in a perfect world this should do no harm to your data, I would suggest always backing up your phone before any files being replaced in your phone.

Thanks again guys! We love our VZW Z30's more and more every day!
