    Known issue or just me?
If not only me, may I wonder why?

Turn on the feature in the browser setting under display and setting. It happened for me in a couple of times after installing the leaks that that option was off.

Off by default so you will not burn up data unnecessarily? Or to surprise your iPhone friends...(last one was a joke, they can't play flash)

Flash needs a lot of energy - odd by default prolongs battery life.

It is in the off setting for security reasons. BlackBerry stated this a while back.
