To be honest I didn't even know there was an STA 100-6. The BlackBerry list only goes to STA100-5 http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB33092

It appears to be 100% identical to the STA100-2, but BlackBerry/South African carriers felt that they needed another one. For whatever reason.

Any way to get a list of previous software versions, as I only know the OS version. Ie. What would the software version be for 10.2.1.1259? Also would I need to enter different mcc to look it up?

    Try Sachesi for BB10: http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...9/index55.html

FYI, 10.2.1.1259 has no software version. Also, the lookup tool only requires an OS version, just put that in and tap "Lookup".

I don't know of any way to do it other than trial and error.

Thanks for the reply. I don't currently have sachesi installed but I'll look into getting that done. I'm just thinking of getting the bars for camera, radio, clock, etc to experiment with. Gotta kill time somehow until the next leak. Can't seem to leave well enough alone.

Compliments to the developer. The app is great.

I prefer this app to sachesi for bb10. However, both apps have a Lil setback. I think there should be a means to multi-select specific bars for download from the full OS (as this could save data). Sachesi downloads the whole os whereas 10bars downloads by selecting individual bar files.. wish there could be a means to select multiple bar files (less stressful If you ask me)

Why? You have to transfer them to your PC anyway.

Just use Darcy's tool and stop wasting your time.

We have all noted your disapproval of this app since it was released. But why do you keep on coming here just to discourage others from using it? Why don't you just stay away from this thread?

It's not faster to download on your phone, transfer to your computer, and then sideload back to your phone.

Well...I used it for 10.2.1.2141, cause I'm in the Caribbean right now, my Internet speed isn't too good (planning to upgrade) but my 4G is great speed, I have a 5GB data plan so yeah, downloaded with my data.

And I agree why are you still trying to discourage people from using the app, it's clear you have no use for it. Just leave

Alright, we have a use-case for people in the Carribean with bad Internet connections and 4G with lots of data.

    Awesome.

Use cases have been given. What if someone simply wants to save a little time by downloading to their PC (Remote File Access) while they are riding home on the train or something? I download stuff to my PC from my phone using Remote File Access from time to time because I have some free moments while out somewhere, and it's nice to have it waiting for me when I get home. Who cares. I can't for the life of me figure out your purpose for badgering people here who like the app and find a use for it for whatever reason.

NO NEED FOR THESE ATTACKS AND COUNTER ATTACKS....

Well, I used it cos of the slow Internet speed in Nigeria and I needed to download specific bars. I would have still used my z10 as a hotspot with my PC anyway since I lack unlimited Internet at the moment (that would have zapped more data).. the cheapest Bb10 plan here is $10 for 1.5G / month (now imagine hooking up the Z10 hotspot to the pc with auto-upgrade running in the background)!!

With 10bars I upgraded with merely 518mb (core os was 281mb + radio and 24 other updated bars over .1925) took about 5mins to get it up and GUNNING...ooooops! running x_x
