As an update to my findings above, I would report that this build does not have good screen responsiveness when trying to close apps. I am finding myself poking at the "x" in the corner of an app multiple times to get it to close. This must be fixed in future builds, in my humble opinion. So, once again, I find myself moving back to 10.2.1.3175 which I find to be nearly perfect.

lol, u r comparing a perfectly build OS to another new OS which is not meant for us!? early builds of 10.3 is certain to have bugs. it will be ironed out in the future builds obviously.

You are correct on my comparison to .3175. The bigger picture is to let the folks at Blackberry know the bugs that need to be fixed. Otherwise, are not the reviews by the Crackberry Community merely an exercise in futulity? I hope not.

The point is for the rest of th CB community to know what they get with any particular build. BBRY has their own testers, - though historically they have been less than adequate.

[QUOTE=Chuck Foltz;10351067]If you perform a security wipe after installing 10.3 SDK OS you will gain the follow. This is why some people got mixed results.

    Thank you very much!!!

Yeah no rfa or cloud in 10.3 yet. The apps have not been released yet so we only have 10.2.1 apps which do not fully work

I think my observation was not accurate enough. Blackberry Link, the software, works just fine. Remote file access, which is activated with the Blackberry Link switch in the Settings menu does not allow remote access to my computer even though all was set up to do so. Worked like a champ with 10.2.1.3175. Now, nada.
    Works for me.

I see lots of Google Maps related additions in the Maps component included in the Android VM. It seems to support most modern features such as 3D buildings, indoor maps and detects if Google Play Services are installed.

It could simply be an update of the proxy which would bring these features to apps which need a map view or it could be a better default Map app in Android.

Good to know. I was using the SDK's core O.S. with .296 bars. The remote access function was not available for me.
