Using Sachesi, this is how you spot. You do a 'lookup'
    10.3 already on 10.3.0.1xxx-1390509064406_107438.jpeg

    SirJes,

Is this where you saw it?

    Attachment 240829

It's the second to last line. This is page 9 of the Z10 list at handsetdetection.com.

You'll also notice scattered in the list: 10.2.1.1940, 1952 and 1970.

So, to the poster who said it all stopped at 1925 (and that 2003 is the same as 1925), then what are those other builds doing there?
joeldf: Not to go off topic - especially about a title that has "10.3.X.X" in it, but just curious. do your really find that handsetdetection.com has any true value add? I ask because a a Mobile System Engineer for many years there are many MANY sites out there that offer this type ( and other) "detection" of anything from a mobile device to a massive Cisco Fiber Router. Just asking.

    Thanks,

No real value. And I don't know much about it. I realize it's just one of many similar sites. I happen to come across that one a few years ago when searching for the OS versions that may be out in the wild for my old Torch 9800.

The listing format has changed too over time. It used to have an area where it sorted the numbers in addition to the running list, so you could go to the sorted list and find the newest one at the end. Now it just lists OSs as it sees them. That's why the builds and versions are all over the place. It just picks up whatever phone happens to hit one of their sites at any given time. There are still some 10.0.9 users out there.

I don't know what kind of sites use this analytics firm, but if this 10.3 is a spoof, this guy sure must get around if he's getting picked up by random sites.

Very interesting.. But, as few folks has said, shouldn't it start with 10.3.0.xxx (3 digits) for early build with pin watermarks ?
Oooh and not available for STL100-1..lol
-1 is the brastrad child. (minus the 2 r's)

How much time elapsed between the first release of a 10.2.1.xxxx release and the release of 10.2.1.1925/1926 which is supposedly the official release of that series? Sir Jes or anybody know? That might give us some indication of when we could expect so see a 10.3 series release.
I'm not sure that would provide much real insight. It's not like each increment takes an equal amount of time nor do they go through a set amount of builds before releasing one.

Wow. Imagine if you had an iPhone
In all fairness, iOS updates come out fairly often. Those bugs don't just fix themselves. There's one in the pipeline now...

Given all the hysteria that people whip themselves into on Crackberry and other BlackBerry fan sites over OS leaks and updates, if I worked at BlackBerry I would probably find it quite entertaining to seed bogus BB10 browser USER-AGENT strings around the web, just to cackle at all the people getting their panties in a twist about it. And perhaps throw them off the trail of the real thing.
