autoloader .exe has been created with CAP.exe (RIM Wireless Device Command-Line Auto-Programmer) with user system (after 10.3.1.xxx), OS, and radio binary files embedded. FILEINFO option will tell us what files are contained therein.

This is correct. It appears that the autoloader .exe file has been properly downloaded.

We now have to look for other causes which have been halting your installation of Developer OS halfway.

That is correct. But the problem isn't with your autoloader if you can't get any of them to run at all. Sounds like a connection issue still.

The next thing I'd try is uninstall both Link and the BlackBerry device manager, then download and install newest from www.blackberry.com/blend

Reboot after installation and try again.

If that doesn't work, I could suggest trying on a different computer. If it doesn't have BlackBerry software it needs the device manager, but nothing else.

File info actually only checks the headers and not the integrity of the file itself. With 10.3.1 BlackBerry has removed the checksum data from the files which made it easy to check, now relying on their signatures alone which are more than sufficient, bug are only checked after the files are already loaded to the phone (which is usually when you get the security error)

Another question, is your phone on BES10? With corporate policies? Not sure if there's an option for bes to disable USB connections or not. But that could be the meaning of the security error too.

As an owner of Z3 I have been waiting for a radio file for Z3 to be posted on the Dev Alpha site or leaked . . . radio is still missing.

Was built with the Z30 radio so far as we can tell. It may eventually be fixed, but if you download it and it works, let us know. But be prepared to have to reload with a previous autoloader if it doesn't work.

I have been using my secondary devices with 632 and then 634 (autoloaders found on the BlackBerry site) loaded but I do not recommend that you install these Developer OS on your primary device.

Please also note that Z10 (STL100-1) is the only BlackBerry 10 device which is driven by Texas Instruments OMAP 4470. All the other BlackBerry 10 devices are driven by Qualcomm chips.

Thanks, I guess I just have to sit this one out. I'll wait till something better pops out or a Z3 radio like you said.

Yes, it's available for STL 100-1. Keep in mind that it's only a dev os so some features won't work
