Am trying to update the apps on the previously leaked OS 10.3.1 using the apps from this, hope that won't be a problem?

the problems on alarms and sound are solved doing a hard reset and security wipe after install and sideload missing apps, same on 632 and 634

Some things are disabled. Here's a partial list. Some of these can be overcome by doing a restore of your settings, but not all. Like BBM Video chat is likely missing something in the Core OS so it may not work.

Disclaimer - I did not try the OS, I'm just grabbing these from some settings files.

    Settings
    enable_sdk_mode:b:true
    disable_evernote_pim:b:true
    disable_wlm_pim:b:true
    disable_gtalk_pim:b:true
    disable_yahooim_pim:b:true

    PIM
    disable_better_attachments:b:true
    disable_priority_inbox:b:true
    disable_speed_triage:b:true

    BBM
    disable_videochat:b:true

Camera (a lot of these were TRUE on the last Dev Os, so this is better, the camera should be fully functional.)
    enable_sdk_mode:b:true
    disable_mode_suggestion:b:false
    disable_panorama:b:false
    disable_offline_timeshift_edit:b:false
    disable_photo_during_video:b:false
    disable_hdr_video:b:false
    disable_720p60_video:b:false
    disable_self_timer:b:false
    disable_face_detection_default_on:b:false

Despite the fact that 632 (if you're thinking it was 396 - that was the software release version, not the OS version) and 634 appear to be different versions, they're built from the same code. they're the exact same with the exception that 634 is the developer version of the OS and has a few different options (and a few less apps included).

Always run the full version instead of the developer version if it's available.

I'm still pretty puzzled about them disabling Flash... shouldn't it be just Adobe Air? I had one of my apps got a prompt regarding the feature depreciated.

If they're killing off Flash it's a shame. This is one of BB10''s shining features from the other browsers.

Rumor is it's just not included in these versions and will return before release.

I wonder if their Adobe libraries had Air and Flash tied to each other and they have to deal with inter-dependencies or some sort. Maybe they had to take out the entire module because of this.

Ok, I get that this is missing a lot of apps, but the real question is, is the core OS all there? Dev OSs in the past have had features disabled, such as dropbox upload, alarm clock, etc, that sideloading doesn't fix. Can someone confirm if this is or it not the case?

Once we have this confirmed, I would suggest the OP be updated to include this information as well.
I installed it the first time it came out. Everything works on my Z30. No issues except that the bar from "Wallpaper Changer HD" has runs off to the right cutting off the date on the right (it only shows "Fri, O" instead of "Fri, Oct 3."). No big deal for me.

    EDIT:
My bad, I am running .632 which has no issues as stated above.

    Wait a minute...

The Z3 loader on BlackBerry's website is actually a Z30 loader. That will brick a Z3 if loaded, so don't use it.

I'm looking to see if the Z3 loader is itself mislabeled.

Also escreens are usually broken/ disabled in Dev OS. - So no hacking.

Does anyone know the version of the Blend Bar on this release. The latest is 1.0.1.37. from 10.3.1.396.

Still hoping to find a workaround for blend with the leaked 10.3.1

396 is the Software Release. It is OS 632 and is identical to this one.
