I reverted the radio -- it was resulting in extremely high battery drain on T-Mobile while on LTE towers.

I am still running the rest of the OS....

strangely after I installed using the autoloader the 2X RDP Client didn't show up in the BlackBerry App Store. I finally tracked it down from 2X.com, it doesn't work anymore. Anyone else using 2X RDP Client?

I downgraded from 10.3.0.296 to this one and now my Android runtime won't run. The blue bar starts, but after it gets about a third of the way across, it crashes. I restored my data from 10.3, then installed the sys.android and sys.android.shell bar files. Still no luck. Any help? No, I didn't do a wipe. No, I'm not going to do a wipe. No, a wipe isn't the answer to everything.

When in doubt , wipe. This applies to many things in life.

Joking aside, 10.3 vs 10.2.1 backups are significantly different, especially if you had android apps with accounts. 10.2.1 does not support this, but 10.3 does, so it might mess with the android run time.
Alternatively, reload your software and try runtime before restoring. See it that works, if not then it might be the autoloader. If it does, then you restore and it doesnt work? What could it be?

I can se the drain, and looking at Device Monitor BBM seems to be hitting it hard! *EDIT: I haven't used BBM during the time period shown, and group data has already been downloaded, so not sure why BBM is using so much battery.

Also, I've noticed connection "hickups", where although having Wi-Fi or full network coverage, connectivity in apps hangs and takes some time to actually transmit or receive data.

Yep, it works pre-restore. I think I found my problem, though. With the restore, I did a full restore instead of a custom restore. I'm trying a custom restore now with "BlackBerry Runtime" deselected to see if that will work. (I'm liking the improvements being made to Link.)

This radio may be ok with CDMA (STL100-4) phones, but in my experience it bites on HSPA+/LTE/GSM carriers.

The rest is ok though -- at least so far.

Please share results! I have had the same issue when trying to downgrade. It states that I the OS can not restore from the chosen backup. Please let me know what fixes it and how u did it thanks!

My issue is that the version of BBM in this OS does not include the new emoticons and background colours of the last BBM update. I tried installing the .bar file for the last BBM update but it didn't take. I used Sachesi and the Google plugin. Neither of them worked. I was also unable to remove BBM and reinstall, like a few users suggested. Does anyone know any other steps I could take?
Any help would be much appreciated.

My battery drain seems to be the same and maybe even slightly better. However, with my Z30 I don't really monitor the battery drain as much as I used to on my Z10. I hardly monitor it at all since I normally get 36+ hours on a charge.

I'd say battery is the same. Of course my battery life is terrible for some reason in Europe so I can't really say until I get back home.

I had no issues restoring from the 10.3 backup to 10.2.1.3253. The only notification it gave was that local contacts and calendar couldn't be restored. Everything else restored fine. Now, to clear my Android runtime problem, I did a backup from 10.2.1.3253, reran the autoloader, did a custom restore and deselected the "BlackBerry Runtime" and all is well now.

I'm not following you. Are you implying that 100-4 phones don't have LTE coverage? I can assure you that you are mistaken. I get tons of 4G LTE coverage on my STL100-4 through Verizon.

I think the autoloader part is ok. You lose the Android when you restore the data from Link. I think that was a common theme and happened to me. I re did the auto loader and manually replaced all my apps and androids. Now I'm good except one BB app I paid for wont come back. Its only $2 so no real issue there

Boot up time is faster compared to 3247. Also battery life is better on Q10 on AT&T. Android apps seem to load and run faster.
