I had mine flashed with that file many times, without issues.

Autoloader method is definitely more for me but I am about to use Sachesi to load the 10.3 browser ON MY Q10 because I still don't see much of a difference in features now on this 2947 compared to the 2674 & 2228 I had right before but THANKS

I updated the OS with the bar file and then added the bar apps and then downgraded the radio to 2229 with the autoloader and i'm currently bricked..
create another autoloader using just the OS (IMPORTANT: the 300MB one (upgrade OS), not the 1.2GB one) and the radio you want together, run that, instant debrick with no data loss.

so you wanna just restore your Z10-backup on your new Z30? And the backup you made with the Z10 was on this OS, but your Z30 has an inferior version installed? The answer is: yes, you can restore you Z10-backup on your Z30....it should work properly, though it was made on another version even another BB10 device
Unfortunatelly the Z10 was running the latest leak already :-( I will give a try thank you

Has any body tried the 10.3 browser on the Q10?

Qyped on the most Qeffecient device in the Quniverse.
I'm running 10.2.1.2947 with the .2759 radio, and I can certainly tell a difference in browsing speeds on my Q10. Pages load much faster.

I have read somewhere on here that the phone can keep two operating systems in memory at the same time for when you do an upgrade. Is it possible during my upgrades from 1925 autoloader to Tmobile pushed OTA to Sachesi nondestructive with this update that somewhere the old OS wasn't deleted. I've been showing 3.73 gig of System storage since this update. I think I remember it being below 2 gig on previous versions.

    Thanks,

    Dviles

you can download directly from BB servers and sideload them:

    * Radios .2759*
    Z30: http://cdn.fs.sl.blackberry.com/fs/q...-v7+signed.bar
Can I just sideload this on top of 10.2.1.2947? But I heard it will soft brick the phone!?

Upgrading radio via Sachesi is safe in all scenarios provided you get the right radio file for your device.

Changing just the radio using an autoloader can soft brick your device if your most recent OS upgrade was done using Sachesi. But even in this case you can recover without wiping your phone. All the variables of this haven't yet been explored so in some cases this may work and others it may soft brick, but best to assume a radio-only autoloader may soft brick at this point... Use Sachesi and the radio BAR files to be safe.

Thanks. You said it all. With all the up to date signed OS and radio bars available and the ease of using Sachesi both on Windows and the Mac, what's the point of using autoloaders at all except maybe for leaks of 10.3 at this point?

Ditto. I'm running this version on an AT&T Q10, and it eats through the battery like nobody's business - any suggestions? Debating a rollback to the previous 10.2 version I was sporting...

Trying 2947 again. Last time it seemed to burn through battery quickly. This time I have the 2759 radio and this is my "idle" power draw. Fantastic.

And this is my battery profile today. Not a lot of activity, but I'm in the mountains with spotty cell signals. Some Web browsing and CB surfing. I did an hour walk with GPS powering CascaRun. And a little blue tooth for my in-car music.

    10 hours. 40% drop.

Battery Guru.I don't use it all the time since it's not headless, but it's great when I want to check idle power draw, or monitor over a period of time.
