Usually most updates are minor. New features are usually discussed in the original thread (http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...ll-q-z-887047/) or in a findings/fixes thread (http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...s-only-888087/).

Thanks, I've been through this forums, I was just also looking for a more consolidated information about the changes of every versions, as I can't seem to find it elsewhere.

I've seen one regarding 10 / 10.1 / 10.2 / 10.2.1 change logs somewhere, maybe I was just being to curious to look even into the minor changes of the versions I've found discussed all throughout the forums. At the back of my mind, that helps me to decide whether I need to pursue updates or ignore it.

Sadly, no such detailed log exists.

You will just have to read the suggested threads in its entirety. I know the threads are long and often digress, but you will be surprised of the useful information that is their amongst the many chit chats.

That was one of the things I was wanting to be done for the leaks threads, the first 4 or 5 posts to contain the consolidated finding/fixes. But I doubt that will ever happen as it takes additional work. Would love the WiKI approach for those types of threads.

Before I volunteer, I would make sure that as I update the initial posts that I delete the posts afterwards that are already answered in the first posts. And as time progressed, any questions that were asked without reading the first few posts and that ARE answered I would be deleting as well. So to answer your question, Sure I would, but I guarantee there would be many lazy folks po'd at me.

As much as I wanted to, but I believe it could be best described by people who could dwell deeper into the code.

Though I'll be glad to have a privileged access! With my experience being an "end-user", let's see!

Yeah, playing with it for the last 2 days only. I'll be glad to write my experience on my separate thread.

Would it not be beneficial to other end-users that may come along to place your experience in the designated threads (as mentioned)!

This will then serve as a point of call for all find and fixes, and will then become its own change logged... I dare even use the word "detailed", as the faults / fixes talk are quite extensive.

    Just saying!

    Sweet! I nominate you!

I totally agree with your ask, but speaking as someone in technical marketing who gets "asks" everyday from the field, for things that are no doubt useful but incredibly time consuming to produce, it's much easier to ask than to do. Your suggested way of owning a topic is fantastic, but would take an incredible amount of time from the OP. Time I'm not sure anyone can afford.

Plus, who's to say what the "right" answer is. Some are straightforward (does this leak have PIN watermarks), but most others are a gray area. What works for some may not for others, which is why it's good to have posts from varying viewpoints.

If we had a lot less "downloading now" posts, or even "thanks" (since there's a thanks button), each thread would be considerably shorter.

Can't stop the lazy folks. My favorite expression nowadays is "common sense is a super power."
