When I start up my device the contacts theme is white for the first visit only then it changes to black. Can anyone else confirm this?

I haven't seen what you describe. I've changed my contacts to black and they stay that way. Did you restore settings after loading the leak? I have read that for some, this wipes out the ability to hold the black theme, although it wasn't my experience.

I haven't restored or changed the theme at all. I installed the leak yesterday and since then I have noticed that when I reboot my device and go to my contacts, the first time it is always white.

Try changing the theme and hard resetting if you didn't do a restore

I had this at first when I loaded 1803 but after changing it and doing a hard reset that seems to have fixed it. I never restore Settings either to keep it working.

Yeah that worked. I still think it needs to be fixed though.
