This was working before but all a sudden I can't even get into "accounts". I can't get into add or edit accounts or anything. Not from the HUB or settings. (can't edit accounts from facebook->twitter etc) When I try to open up accounts it just takes me to the homepage like a glitch.

Will putting on a new BAR file fix this issue?

On this note; I am noticing loading crackberry/internet is a bit slow on this OS compared to 1047 with the updated BAR files. But I don't care so much about that.

What device are you running? I've been successful using this OS on both my Z10 (STL-3) and now my Z30 STA-5. No prob with accounts. Did you just load the leak recently? Some more detail may be helpful.

Q10-3. I loaded it a couple weeks ago. But it just started doing this, this week.
It's weird since I have loaded every leak until 1047 and have just been updating my BARs since that OS was extremely stable.

Other then that I have no extra info other then it won't open for any of my accounts at all a week after installion.

Happens to me when I restore from a previous version. I always install the accounts fresh whenever possible.

I had this same issue with a 10.1 build. Battery pull fixed temporarily, long enough to delete my hotmail/live account and re-add it. Do you, by chance, have a hotmail/live/microsoft account that syncs contacts, etc.?

Probably a result of restoring a backup created from your hybrid. I originally had issues on 1791, but without restoring settings it's been the best os I've run so far

thanks to all of you who replied. I don't do back ups. I start off with a clean slate.

I have no hotmail/live/microsoft accounts. Just rogers.

I tried restarting my phone but I'll do a battery pull which I don't think you have to do with BB10 (vs BBOS) but it also couldn't hurt:P So, I'll try that now

I do a security wipe and fresh install every new OS. Ever since 10.2.0.228/83/341 I haven't' been backing up my phone

I don't wipe often, but when i do its before I load the os. I can't remember which is it was, 483? Not sure.. but one of them, when you did a wipe it created some noticeable issues. Anytime I have to wipe I always load the os again after. I think wiping might actually wipe too much in some cases.

Edit : Yea I think it was 483 with the 341 radio that wiping would break things

    Yeah
And Fwiw, restoring media I've never had an issue. I've also never had an issue restoring app data from a 10.2 os to another 10.2 os.

App data from 10.1 screwed up my Android player,
settings almost always messed things up.

So if you don't want to start completely fresh, you can probably backup and restore apps and media without any Ill effects.

Security wipe AFTER you load a leak to clean up the install.
