Unplug your phone turn it off and back on. Close and restart link. Plug your phone back in, let it do it's thing. Now restore only app data. Once done restore the two others. Flash BBM channels again and your BBM should work.

This needs to be repeated, I was stuck too but this simple few steps restored my BBM and my 3 channels.

There seems to be confusion within the threads so I wanted to lay it out clear.

Skype from BlackBerry World works fine on the Z10, but not on the Q10... And probably not on the Q5 (probably due to screen resolution) although I have no proof for that one.

For the Q users you can side load using the 4.0.0.22082 apk file and the debug method (thanks masterscarhead).

I know that this has been mentioned but I felt it deserved it's own thread. Feel free to modify as you see fit mods:-)

I was able to get Instagram 4.0.2 to fire up on my 10.2 and log in after loading the 810 Android runtime. However, when actually trying to post a picture, the app crashes. Bah.

Anyone having any luck with this? All other .bar files are working except for Spotify. Did the debug method, since that's the only way I know how to get them to my phone, using the Google Chrome extension. The app opens up fine but goes straight to a semi blank Spotify home screen, doesn't allow me to sign in or anything. Anyone have a fix for this?

Don't wanna give up this beautiful leak! But Spotify is where I get all my music.

ATT Q10. Noticing a few issues with Hub.

Sometimes you delete a message and it doesn't delete.

    Text messages are disappearing too.

Not a bug, but text messages did not come over when I restored from my 10.1.0.2030 backup, fyi.

I got stuck and tried a lot of things including installing other Android players.

Had to reinstall the OS which I think is much faster than doing a factory reset and didn't restore my data again. Everything works well now. The Android player is still a bit glitchy and will need more work. Expect it to be better in future builds.

i'm stuck even after trying everything i could think of
    security wipe
removed BB Link, rebooted, installed latest version, rebooted
reinstalled the OS using Autoloader.. finished Setup and signed in to BB ID
restored media, settings.. media and settings.. full restore..

it always got stuck on 0%
Thats the same Problem i have. I cant restore from a 10.2 to any 10.2 Version. But i can restore my 10.2.0.x Backup Data to ANY 10.1.0.x Variant. Very strange.
