There is a way to get it to work, but you will have two Instagrams on your device. I did it and it is working well for me, running Instagram 4.0.1 and 3.4.4. Members like Mecca El can describe how to do it better than I can, so I would recommend asking him. He should be able to help you.

I keep looking at this thread because I really need Wi-Fi calling in my house.

Although it doesn't seem to look like it's gonna work for us, I have noticed that my signal strength in 10.2 is a lot better, and am getting signal in places in my house where my Z10 would be "Searching For Network....."

I'm working with RADEoN1337 right now trying to get this sorted. I'm trying to retrace my steps to determine how I got this setup functioning, and I believe you have nailed it. I cannot guarantee that any of this will work, but we're testing.

I've been racking my brain to recall the order in which I installed things. Here is what I believe I did:

    Was running 810 OS/Radio.
Installed 1047/811 hybrid (since we only had the non-radio, OS-only file at first).
    Sideloaded the T-Mobile WiFi app.
Confirmed it was functioning on the 1047/811 build.
Later grafted the 1048 radio over top, and all is still working.

Again, I don't know what sort of magical invocations were running through my head at the moment...or whether Saturn and Jupiter were in conjunction...but it seems the key was 1047 OS over the 811 radio.
Hey guys... I'm in the same boat as all of you. T-Mobile US subscriber, and need wifi calling due to no cell reception at home. I'm really interested to try your solutions, but I'm getting stuck on one step here... How do you "graft" a radio version over the installed one, other than making a new autoloader and starting over. (Side note: when I first installed .1047, and was going through the initial setup, connected to wifi, it gave me the message that since I was connected to wifi my calls and messages would be routed through it. Before I started my restore, the wifi calling icon was in my status bar. Only after completing the restore, did it all go to $#!+.

Edit: I have Sachesi and Chrome extension... I just don't know how to "graft" a radio file. Is it just like installing a .bar?

I posted an autoloader that installs the .810 radio file over the stock 1047 radio and will get you rolling.

Just install 3.4.4 first. Open it and try to log in, than install the latest 4.0.2. Works for me.

Thank you. Downloaded and installed it. But what about the "Later grafted the 1048 radio over top, and all is still working." step? How could I go about doing that?

Sorry, medical(-ish) term there. I meant I added the newer radio after the fact, and not as part of my initial OS installation. Turns out that didn't make much difference either way. Seems a 1047/811 mix is the only way to get the wifi app to (kinda) function.

Won't work. I later discovered that installing the 1048 radio borked the wifi app. Stick with 1047/811.

Ah. And might I add, BOOOO! I don't think I'll keep the .811 radio then, as wifi calling has never worked for me anyway. (Yes, I have my e911 address registered, have the control app. From what I've heard from a dear friend and very experienced and trustworthy T-Mobile rep, IMS servers are market specific, and they haven't made them active here yet.)

Thanks for your help anyway, guys.

Do you still have WiFi-Calling functioning even you restart your phone?

This is what happened when I restarted my phone..

I wouldn't be sideloading sys *.bar files if you have to asked beyond what is provided here, while loading them in theory can cause more issues than just a regular *.bar file...

Delete the account / go to the facebook app and it will ask you to setup account again.
    Thanks, that solved the issue.

Everything with this leak seems to be delete and reload. I had all these issues and simply deleting and reloading the apps and accounts fixed everything
