Interesting how many people are asking about the activity and progress animation spinner thingie.

Would seem that they are interested in it. Don't think this interest is complaining just curious about it.

    Yes.

.1323 uses the same Android runtime as the .1157 Dev build.
Anyone know of a good thread on Android run time so I can get my head around it please? I have a general lack of knowledge on it. I need to understand things like what the newer versions bring, does upgrading break sideloaded apps, etc. Just a really good thread I can browse would be great if anyone could recommend one please. Thanks!

So far I've updated my android runtime only for 4 times (sys.android.bar & sya.android-shell.bar) and all my sideloaded apps are working fine.

There's an entire section devoted to it here: http://forums.crackberry.com/android...eloading-f279/

I've dabbled a bit in sideloading Android apps, but I ultimately settled on six apps or so that I use regularly. I also decided to avoid all the other questions and I simply generate all my own bars and debug token with sacha's utilities. I haven't had any issues since I chose that course.

I have some occasional lag when minimizing pictures with 1047 and my camera takes almost 5 seconds to take a picture. Will the new leak help these issues?

.1323 seems to be faster. It took hardly any time to "settle in" and all my apps work fast and snappy. I did do a battery pull after the update, guess its a "I believe it is good for my phone" thing not knowing if it really has any affect.

The Android player seems to work a bit better, no more Android error messages when starting apps in some situations.

For me, having a non-English device, the lock screen information is now localised so vs. 1047 an improvement. There are still some scattered English words here and there, but that is normal. Also some icons are not yet aligned correctly (like in mobile radio activation, the data usage switch is without any space directly under it).

But generally this already feels pretty solid.

I will answer your question but I must state... I don't get the obsession.

Edit: I have no idea why there are two pictures.

I vote for spinning trackpad over progressive circle.
