Kris, you're not boring at all, but just remember, you're only as good as your last leak. :-)

I was experiencing TERRIBLE battery life yesterday, last night I did a security wipe and restore, not because I believed it would help with the battery as some had suggested, but because I had the mms problem.. strangely though my battery life is noticeably better today then yesterday.

I am having the same problem and I have no android apps installed. Going to load a different radio file when I get home and see how that works.

People should remember too, that battery life wasn't anywhere near where it should be until a week or so of use when we first got the phone. That may be in large part due to the brand new battery, but the battery life does tend to get better as you use the phone even this far into the game.
If you have horrible battery life, that's another thing, and a security wipe usually makes a difference. Just give it some time before you pass judgment on the battery performance.

When you restore from backup, are sideloaded apps restored or do they need to be manually installed again after installing a leak?

Android ports from blackberry world are restored, but actual side loads need to be reloaded.

However, once you do reload them, their data will still be there for the most part.

I had a very odd glitch today. While waiting to have X-rays in the lower level of a medical building, I was unable to connect via CB app. I opened network connections to toggle off/on to see if that would help. I was surprised to see my mobile network as Rogers/no signal. No signal wasn't a surprise, considering I was in the basement level with Gamma radiation being spewed about. What was surprising was the Rogers network -- I'm on Telus!

Once I left that area, I toggled the connection off/on and my regular Telus service was restored.

Anyone ever see something like that before?

Haven't wiped. Radio files the ones coming with the OS.
Off the charger at 0545 this morning. Now at 2300 battery at 36%.
    Very nice I would say.
    Usage was moderate to high.
Synching 6 email accounts, cb10, navita translator, skype all day long with 3 calls-one with video etc.

Battery life is getting better by the day. Looks like it's the same as with the legacy devices, give the OS time to settle in.

I did the sachup method without the wiping and it all works fine, except the mms, but who is using that nowadays anyway

On VZW with a -4 model and running 2354 with the 2355 radio. Battery life is decent (not extraordinary by any means) after light use. I've lost 40% over 8 hours but the troubling thing is three dropped calls. I've never had dropped calls in the past and these were three different people all within the St. Louis metro area where Verizon coverage is plenty abundant. One of those calls was to my VM! Anybody else experiencing more dropped calls than before with this leak?

This version runs perfectly for me.. Aside from my calls getting disconnected over and over. Does anyone else on Verizon have this update and having these issues as well? Same thing happened with the 2342 leak. Really wish my calls worked, this version is perfect otherwise /:
Swapped the Radio on mine to 1881 no more dropped calls for me

I also am having dropped calls with Verizon. I just loaded the radio file .1881 and hopefully they will disappear. I don't use the phone very often anymore but hate losing the call when I do.

That's a known issue...not really leak related. Mine was doing this long before leaks surfaced. Not really a huge problem unless you hold battery performance at an utmost premium.
I've found that if I unplug and then plug my Z10 right back in again, the battery goes right up to 100%

Would be interested to know if you are having dropped calls while data is connected to WIFI. That seems to be when I have dropped calls wit 1917 radio.

Do you have anything running? Like battery guru or an alarm? It wont charge to 100% if you do, I turn off all notifications in bedside mode and it will charge to 100%, but wont if I have the alarm set or batt. Guru running

Help, did my first leak install using autoloader. Everything went fine until I did the security wipe. It's now stuck with a picture of a sim card and a rotating circle. Did I do something wrong or does it just take a long time to reboot after security wipe
