Why does the graph read 50% but the figure read 0?

I've had mine read 0% before and still be running; it's simply a miscalibration by the software. If you do a battery pull and reboot, it'll often read a (more) accurate number.

Do this if it's Sunday in your part of world and you can be off the grid for an hour or so.

Switch off your Z10 and remove the battery. Keep them apart like this for an hour at least. Put the battery back in and start the phone. Connect to charging and let it charge to as much full extent it can. Remove from charging and see how it behaves.

I would go to BlackBerry Expert Centre and report the issue. I had done the same and got a replacement phone.

The developer had the number 5 key broken when typing the code. Notice that #5 is never shown

I have had this as well and my Z10 runs for almost a full day on 0% but I have a Mugen 3800Mah extended battery so calibration readings are way off.

I had same problem. Allow battery to discharge completely. When phone turns off remove battery from it for an hour. After an hour, put back battery and connect phone to blackberry original charger and completely charge phone. It should recalibrate phone. If not, do it for few times. It worked for me after first try.
