    Doesn't matter. Do as you wish. It has no effect on the apps after loaded. Eventually, your device will disable it on it's own anyway.

    Reboots disable it as well on some OS' especially if you have a password set.

    I turn it off because I don't use a password on my device.
    It will stay active for ten days if you don't then turn itself off.
    It makes no difference.

    If the apps were done using debug approach, they will need to be recovered and side loaded again after one month of they are removed from your device. If you keep them on, or don't wipe, they will continue to function.
