    SPC(super private conversation)

    App lock
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/d....applock&hl=en

Or any other alternatives to these apps...

Im just asking these as a favor, if you could try it out for me since i dont have an os10 device to test it on...

I don't think either of those apps will work, they both seem to depend on the native Android SMS app.

Here's two apps you can consider if you're interested in securing your conversations:

SendCryption: Send AEX 256bit Encrypted Messages https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs...tent/19996258/
Secret Contacts: A Private Address Book BlackBerry World - Secret Contacts

Disclaimer: I am the developer of both these apps.

Just a FYI, I couldn't find sendcryption in appworld. However the 3d barcode worked. (My first download via barcode.)

You need at least OS 10.0.1 to download SendCryption - that might be the issue.

Thanks for these apps, but unfortunately they dont serve the purpose that I am looking for.

Like with the sendcryption, what if my contact isnt using a bb10 device? then im screwed..

And with the secret contact, if that contact replies to my messages it will still go to my inbox right? it wont really be diverted to another folder...

maybe you can spearhead these apps to the OS10 devices and if you get them to work, im sure people will line up to buy these apps...

I would if I could but BlackBerry security prevents apps from unilaterally controlling access to other apps.

For SendCryption the message can be decoded by any AES decrypter if you know the passphrase.

Really? blackberry is blocking the access now? with my 9900 I have an app that diverts sms to a different folder...

    sigh...
