    When I go to settings the screen is black. I cannot access settings. Other wise phone works fine. When I go to link to back up phone it says connected but can't backup phone.

    Standard fix attempts: 1. Hard reset (hold power button down 12 seconds)
    2. If number one does not work then you probably need to reinstall your OS (autoloader or otherwise)
