Z30 radio, and other questions

Does Z30 suppose to have built-in FM radio?
Why can't I dial from a Home screen shortcut (all shortcut apps I have tried place a shortcut, but when you click on it you still need to confirm, trying to dial with just 1 click (is this some kind of OS 10 limitation)?
Can widgets or similar functionality be made to appear in the lock screen?
What about lock screen wallpaper, is there a way of having a different wallpaper for the lockscreen?
Are live/active wallpapers available for BB10 OS?
Does anybody know if there is phone insurance for unlocked phones (bought mine from shop Blackberry, but AT&T doesn't insure it, called Assurion and they don't insure it either)?

What do you mean by Quick dialing (is this the same as adding a contact so I can dial with 1 digit (Keypress Speed Dial), because I already have this but I still need to confirm when I click on the Home screen shortcut)?

Go to your Music app and you'll see the radio in there.

I don't think you can put a shortcut but you can move the Music app so it's on the first page of your apps list and easily available

To move an App, long press it until all the apps are pulsing. Then you can move it. You can also move an app on top of another to create folders.

These sorts of tips should be in your Help feature or by googling.
