    My z30 will not connect to link when my laptop is on unless i reboot the phone. Anyone run into this? It is just a pain in the ****.

    What version of windows do you have? Have you tried CCleaner to get rid of excess stuff in the cache? reboot and try again. I have Windows 8.1 and I don't usually have any issue connecting when I plug in my Z30
