    White Z30, won't start, plugged it in, and still nothing. Get yellow light, then blackberry logo, then red light, can't change battery obviously, any solutions or do I have to return it.

    Sounds like the battery is dead.
    Try letting it charge for a few hours?

    I tried it overnight, still same result, I think it needs a battery change like you said.

    Try changing the charger, happens to my z10. I use a mobile charger or a Nokia micro USB charger and wait for it to start.
