[CrackBerry Question]

My Z30 has been messed up for 4 days with multiple issues.

- My work email will not sync and I'm getting the error "there is no RPC service named account: 1454840284"
- Emails and texts won't delete and if I can get it to delete it will show right back up.
- I cannot open additional screens. The screens are showing on another tab and won't go away.
- I have rebooted no less than 100x and get nothing.

PLEASE HELP! I'm beyond frustrated and although I don't want to get rid of my Blackberry I'm very close to doing it.

What OS are you on? Did anything happen recently?

You may wish to run an autoloader for a clean install of the OS.

Use the Google Drive or Mega link, download the 7z Z30 10.3.3.22205 file to your PC, unzip it, plug in your device, and run the autoloader.

Your device will be wiped in the process. Use Ultimate Backup from BBW if you need to backup anything first.
