I don't know whether it's a carrier issue or blackberry issue, if z30 is ideal for 15 minutes then all the network stopped even phone calls but shows as connected with carrier.
In that situation I need to switch off the mobile network and then switch on the mobile network and all the pending notification starts coming.

Can any one help me with this issue??

You can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)

Hold down your top button for about 30 seconds. Keep pressing it down, ignoring onscreen countdown and restart option, BB splashscreen, and black screen. The red LED will turn on. As soon as LED turns off, release the top key.

Was anything better after that reboot?

I don't know if you want to try a leak, you can always go back to your current OS, and see if that helps.

It will erase everything so make sure to do a backup first.

I used to have this problem as well... as soon as I got my z30. Never bothered to do anything about it.

But since running the 10.3 leak I've found it to be much more stable. Make sure you do a security wipe before and after installing the leak. Avoid doing a recovery if you don't absolutely need to.
