From time to time some of my contacts disappear for some strange reason never to return. Has anyone had this problem and can they ever be found? Any help would be appreciated

Happened to me few times! Sometimes, names disappeared only number stayed

Even stranger on my wife's Z10 the contract pictures would switch around.
