I suggest you spend some time in each of the threads dedicated to those to versions, and then make up your own mind. Be warned there is no going back.... once you go 10.3.3 you'll never go back.

For my money... 10.3.2.2876 is where you probable want to be, unless you need what 10.3.3 offers. If you go 10.3.3, 10.3.3.2055 is what I'd do.
