I currently am the proud owner of a Z10, which still works perfectly, and I'm in the market for an upgrade, because I can.
I want to stay with BB10, I don't like the physical keyboard so much, so I thought of the Z30.
I need help figuring out if the upgrade is worth 250$ (can).

Definitely worth it, noticeably faster, much better battery life, speakers are excellent, feels more solid (back is slippery on the white one though)
Camera not as good but you can learn to live with it
I'll echo the comments from the prior post and also from your other thread on this topic.
If you want a new touch screen BB10 the Z30 IS YOUR BEST OPTION!
Any luck finding a Staples with a new one in stock?

Haha! Yes, I found some in my area. The only problem is that I have to get directly at the store to get it, which is 1h30 away from here... they just won't ship clearance items from store to store.

I had Z10 then Z30 and now passport. I still miss my little Z30, it was a great phone. Parts of me wants to get another one again, it was just so 'perfect' for me.
You won't be disappointed with a Z30.
I've got a Z10, Z30 and a PP. Although the PP is a beast and it's my workhorse I still use the Z30 everyday --flicking on it now-- IMO the VKB on it can't be beat and the screen real estate really trumps the z10.

Thanks guys, I found a store that still has one, 220$+ tx, brand new. Can't wait!
Plus, I have 14 days to try it out so, not really a risk!

$220 is a steal for a new unlocked device!
Best I can find is $249 plus tax. Used ones where I am are typically in that $200 area.
Make sure it's not a refurb.

My wife and I both upgraded from Z10's to Z30's and, although we liked our Z10's, we love our Z30's. The larger screen and far greater battery life is a huge plus. Also, the speakers actually sound far better than the speakers on my iPad Air2. Enough said? Go for the upgrade and you will never regret it.
Frankly I prefer the Leap. It is a worthy successor to the Z10 and, unlike the Z30, is sold at a reasonable price :)
I would like to upgrade to a Z30. However, I'm on AT&T.
Does anyone have any information on if it's compatible with AT&T? If so, how does it perform? Pros, cons & etc.

It does get its bum kicked by the Z30 though, bit extra is worth it
Raino has a thread here on CB that has a nice breakdown on the radios installed in the various Z30 models. You will need to know which Z30 you are considering, as AT&T uses different bands for LTE access in different areas. I have a STA-5 and while it reads all the bands that AT&T uses for 4g, it only uses two of the LTE bands that AT&T uses so data speed will vary depending on current location.
So your say that the Z30 camera is worse than the Z10. I'm also thinking about switching and one of the things bothering me is the extremely slow reaction time of the Z10 camera. I was hoping that the better processing power would help with that.
I've never had a issue with the reaction time on my old Z10 or my Z30, focus can be a little slow at times but not that bad.

OK guys, I just got my Z30, updating it now. First impressions: OMG Why didn't I get the phone sooner! Can't wait to use it daily.

If you're updating to 2876 keep in mind the Android runtime error.

The Z30 is a fantastic device. You will enjoy it. The battery life will be a breath of fresh air compared to what you are used to with the Z10.
