    Hi Guys

    May someone please advise me on what to do, my z10 has been doing a security wipe for more than an hour now. is there anyway to make it stop/go quicker?

    it might give you an error eventually.. in this case connect your phone to PC and open BlackBerry Link and reload software

    Let the process take the time it needs or you'll brick the phone. Patience! It has to do with the amount of data to overscribe... it is not only deleted, but encoded so that no one can "undelete" it... Security wipe!
