I have a Z10 and the phone mic seems not to be working when making and taking calls. It works fine on the car blue tooth and with a head set. But not in normal operation. Ant ideas?

Hi, does it work on speaker phone? Some threads in the past have said some fixed it by using a pin and being very careful they cleaned the mic hole out.
Try blackberry virtual expert app. To test your mic.

If it is just at the beginning of the call the latest update fixes it. I just updated OTA and tried it out and it was working perfectly. Before the update it would be several seconds before I could hear them or they could hear me. Z10STL100-3/10.3.1.2708 on Bell in Alberta. I hope this helps.
