    Going to factory reset to OS 10.2. My Z10 was working perfect on it. No help from Blackberry to solve all their mistakes on new OS.

    I'm also having mega problems after the latest upgrade. I can't make or receive voice or video calls on BBM. One supposed solution is to check via Blackberry World that I have the latest version of BBM, but unfortunately since the update Blackberry World won't open! Now what?

    I have lost ALL of my text messages few days after upgrade.
    Does anyone else has the same issue?

    Mine too can't receive bbm calls and CB app works very slowly. It struck too much and I didn't like the saturation of the settings and hub. The color doesn't look good

    The only fix is to reload the OS through BB link. Do a back full up. Reload. And then a custom restore with out all the stuff that is easily downloaded from BBW and BB andriod runtime. I have two Z10's working fine with the new update.

    Still having problems getting lift to wake and hold to stay awake. Told to wipe clean and reload. That's crap solution. Anyone else having this problem. If they offer a function it SHOULD WORK. RIGHT ???????

    Started with small copy/paste problem after upgrade on my Z10 and within hours it went into total meltdown and the file system was trash. It's now back with BlackBerry for reloading. It wouldn't even power up at the end, just an error message so there was no way I could have fixed it.

    Suppose I have to leave blackberry phones in future. Other phones does not have this kind of struggles. To many people already complain about problems and nothing is done from blackberry to solve it. Complaints will just add up.
