    Hello dear members,

    My z10-100-2 remains stuck at 99% after the update. Whether BlackBerry Link or autoloader. I currently use the version 10.2.2.1609 all else fails. Does anyone have any ideas? Thx

    How long have you let it sit? My Passport sat at 99% for about 20 minutes after the update.

    Hello

    I waited a few hours then I removed the battery and waited again and again fixed at 99%

    How are you updating?
    If device remains stuck try a long press on power button until it reboots but better yet use an Autoloader with a more recent OS.
